・Please install your eSIM within 90 days of purchase. Please activate your data plan before it expires. We cannot reissue expired cards. Due to the nature of this product, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted.

・Please activate your data plan before the validity period expires. Expired eSIMs cannot be reissued.

・Due to the nature of this product, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not accepted, except where covered by our compensation campaign or other applicable policies.

・Please make sure you have an eSIM-compatible device before purchasing. Refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted after purchase.

・The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. After installation, please do not accidentally delete the eSIM.

・To stop using the eSIM, go to "Delete Mobile Plan" in your device settings.

・If you cannot connect to the internet after setting up your eSIM, please refer to the eSIM setup instructions above and check your device settings.

・When using eSIM, please delete any previous VPN configuration profiles.
