Cancellations and Refunds
■ Cancellation Policy
*In principle, cancellations cannot be made after applying for SIM card changes or reissuance (for prepaid services, SIM card changes or reissuance are not possible).
However, cancellations may be allowed under the following circumstances:
・If no communication, including emails regarding the data plan or data top-up, has been sent from the Company after payment is completed.
→ In such case, the customer must contact the Company in writing, providing their name, email address, and order number.
If the Company approves the cancellation request and determines that a partial or full refund is applicable, the Company will process the necessary refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation request.
*If the contractually usable devices are limited and the product is used (or attempted to be used) on devices other than those supported, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of the product—even if it has not yet been used.
*Termination cannot be made before the minimum contract period (the contract period starting from the commencement date of use).
■ Refund Policy
*The Company will issue a refund if it can be confirmed that the eSIM was used on an unlocked device listed on the “Guaranteed Compatible Devices” page.
Additionally, refunds will be made if the conditions specified in the above Cancellation Policy are met.
*The Company will not provide any refund for eSIM profiles and their associated data plans that have been deleted due to the Subscriber’s negligence.
*The Company will not provide any refund for data plans or data top-ups that have already been used, except in cases where such use was affected by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
