Cancellations and Refunds
■Cancellation policy * In principle, cancellations cannot be made after applying for a SIM card change or reissue (SIM card changes and reissues are not possible with prepaid services).
However, this is possible in the following cases:
・If you have not received any contact from us, including any email regarding your data plan or data charge, after completing payment → You must contact us in writing, including your name, email address, and order number.
If we accept your cancellation request and it involves a refund of all or part of any payments you have made, we will process the necessary refund within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation request.
*The contract can only be used on certain devices, and due to the nature of the product, cancellation is not possible even if the device is not one of the available devices and the contract has not yet been used.
*Cancellation is not possible until the minimum usage period (contract period from the start date of use).
■Refund Policy *We will provide a refund if we can confirm that the eSIM has been used on a SIM-free device listed on the Compatible Devices page.
In addition, refunds will be made if any of the conditions stated in the cancellation policy above apply.
*We will not provide any refunds for eSIM profiles and associated data plans that have been deleted due to the subscriber's negligence.
*We will not provide any refunds for data plans or data charges that have already been used, except in cases where such refunds are due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
