"JAPAN&GLOBAL eSIM" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is a communication line provision using international wireless roaming service. It is a service that allows you to use packet communication such as web at a flat rate on 3G, 4G, 5G compatible iPhones, smartphones, iPads, tablets, etc., with the data volume or available period set according to the amount prepaid.
For details, please be sure to check the "Terms and Conditions (Provision Conditions)" and agree to them before using the service. ◆Data usage/additional plan purchase ☑ This service allows you to use the data volume limit and selected domestic use and usage period that are assigned to you based on your selection.
☑ This service requires a device that is compatible with e-SIM. Please check separately for details.
☑ You can continue to use this service and recharge by selecting your desired terms of use again.
☑ 24 hours from the time of start of use will count as one day.
☑ After selecting a data plan, you must start using the service within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please complete the procedure to start communications as soon as possible.
☑ After selecting a data plan, the data volume and number of days of use cannot be changed.
☑ If the data volume limit is exceeded or the usage period ends, packet communication will be suspended.
☑ If you wish to purchase additional plans, you will need to apply online.
☑ Voice calls, SMS, MMS, video calls and 64K digital data communication are not available.
☑ The communication speed is the maximum value according to the technical specifications at the time of transmission and reception, and does not indicate the actual communication speed.
☑ This service is provided on a best-effort basis, and actual communication speeds may vary depending on the communication environment and network congestion.
☑ If a connection continues for a certain period of time or if there is no communication, the connection may be terminated.
☑ Because this service uses radio waves, you may not be able to use it even within the service area due to indoor or surrounding obstacles (buildings, terrain, etc.) You may also not be able to use it even if you are on a high floor of a high-rise building or apartment building with a good view.
☑ This service can be used overseas. Please check the dedicated website for details.
☑ We may restrict communication speeds for customers who use large volumes of data over a certain period of time. In addition, to provide better network quality, we may collect, analyze, and store traffic information for each communication, and may impose restrictions on communications as separately specified by our company.
☑ If you use this service, you can use the tethering option free of charge (this option may not be available depending on the type of device you are using, etc.).
☑ After you have used up your daily high-speed data communication capacity, your communication speed will slow down to 128kbps (will be reset at 00:00 the following day) *Not available in some areas.
☑ For plans that do not specify a daily high-speed data capacity, once your purchased high-speed data capacity is used up, your data speed will slow down to 128 kbps.
☑ Days are calculated as 24 hours per day (e.g. if you purchase a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 on 9/1, you can use it until 09:59 on 9/4)

Regarding eSIM
☑ eSIM (Embedded-SIM) is a truly “virtual” card that can be set up directly on your device by simply scanning a QR code.
☑ You can connect to the Internet without having to insert a network card into the slot of your mobile device as in the past.
☑The QR code for downloading the eSIM profile can only be used once and cannot be reused.
☑We are not responsible for the storage, management, or use of the QR code for downloading the eSIM profile obtained from us.
☑eSIM cards cannot be reissued.
☑ eSIMs registered to your account are non-transferable.
☑ eSIM-compatible devices * Most mobile phones sold in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM. (As of August 1, 2023)
☑ Before booking, please make sure your phone supports eSIM.

The Company may change the contents of this Important Matters Explanation and the Provision Conditions Document (hereinafter referred to as the Provision Conditions Document). In such case, the fees and other provision conditions will be based on the contents of the Provision Conditions Document after the change.
