“JAPAN&GLOBAL eSIM” (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”) is a communication line service using international wireless roaming.With 3G, 4G, and 5G compatible iPhones, smartphones, iPads, or tablets, users can utilize web and other packet communications at a flat rate, limited to the amount of data or available period set according to the prepaid amount.

Please be sure to carefully read the “Terms and Conditions (Provision Conditions)” and use the Service only after agreeing to them. In addition, the “Important Information” is an excerpt of some contents summarizing items that should be checked before, during, and after use, so please review the following.

◆ Use of Data · Purchase of Additional Plans
☑ The Service includes the data allowance and country of use and period selected by the user.
☑ A device compatible with e-SIM is required for this Service. Please check details separately.
☑ The Service can continue to be used by selecting the desired conditions again and recharging packet data.
☑ One day is defined as 24 hours from the start time of use.
☑ It is necessary to start using the Service within 30 days from either the selection of the data plan or the purchase date.
　Please promptly proceed with the communication activation procedure.
☑ After selecting a data plan, the data allowance and number of days cannot be changed.
☑ When the data limit is exceeded or the available period ends, packet communication will be stopped.
☑ If you wish to purchase an additional plan, you need to apply through the dedicated website.
☑ Voice calls, SMS, MMS, TV calls, and 64K digital data communication cannot be used.
☑ Communication speed is the maximum value under technical standards for transmission and reception and does not represent the actual communication speed.
☑ The Service is provided on a best-effort basis, and the actual speed will vary depending on the communication environment and network congestion.
☑ If the connection continues for a long time or if no communication occurs for a long time, the connection may be cut off.
☑ Since the Service uses radio waves, it may not be available even within the service area due to obstacles (buildings, terrain, etc.). Even in high-rise buildings or high floors of apartments with good views, the Service may not be available.
☑ The Service can be used overseas. Please check the dedicated website for details.
☑ For customers who use a large amount of communication within a certain period, communication speed may be restricted. Also, in order to provide better network quality, traffic information may be collected, analyzed, and stored for each communication, and restrictions may be applied to communications specified by the company.
☑ When using this Service, the tethering option is available free of charge (may not be available depending on the type of device).
☑ After the daily high-speed data capacity is used up, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps (reset at 00:00 the next day). *Unavailable in some regions.
☑ For plans without daily high-speed capacity, once the purchased high-speed data is used up, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps.
☑ Calculation of days: 24 hours is considered 1 day (example: If you purchase a 3-day plan, install, and activate it at 10:00 on 9/1, it will be available until 09:59 on 9/4).

◆ Handling of eSIM
☑ eSIM (Embedded-SIM) is a “virtual” card that can be set up directly on the device simply by scanning a QR code.
☑ Unlike before, there is no need to insert a network card into the device slot to connect to the Internet.
☑ The QR code for downloading the eSIM profile can only be used once and cannot be reused.
☑ We are not responsible for the storage, management, or use of the eSIM profile download QR code obtained from us.
☑ eSIM cannot be reissued.
☑ eSIM registered in an account cannot be transferred.
☑ eSIM-compatible devices: *Most mobile phones sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM (as of August 1, 2023).
☑ Before making a reservation, please make sure your mobile device supports eSIM.

We may change the contents of this Important Information and the Provision Conditions (hereinafter: “Provision Conditions”). In such case, fees and other conditions will be subject to the revised Provision Conditions.
