This Service is a prepaid wireless data communication service developed by TSIM TECH CO., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “TSIM TECH”) and sold in Japan through a business partnership with In-Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Wireless data communication services, charging and activation operations, and the selection of overseas roaming operators are handled by TSIM TECH, while the Company provides sales and agency services within Japan.
As for the protection of personal information (Privacy Policy) within the Service, the Company manages and operates such matters in Japan and therefore informs you of its initiatives.
The Company recognizes that protecting the personal information of customers and its employees is a social responsibility, and in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and other relevant laws, it establishes and operates a Personal Information Protection Management System, while striving for continuous improvement by keeping abreast of trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and fluctuations in the economic environment.
Please note, however, that personal information related to the Service is stored by TSIM TECH and not retained by the Company. The Company provides operational guidance and advice to TSIM TECH in accordance with Japanese law.

The Company acquires personal information (including information related to an individual) mainly by the following methods, and uses/stores such information as personal data:

・Based on the use of the Company’s services

・Provision of the Company’s products, services, and after-sales services
・Use that is clearly recognized as within the purpose of acquisition

With respect to acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal, the Company endeavors to assess external risks, complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, relevant guidelines in the economic and industrial sectors, and other related laws, and establishes rules for the handling of personal data, as well as for the responsibilities, duties, and conduct of its personnel. The Company ensures compliance by employees and implements organizational, human, physical, and technical security control measures.
◆ Complaints and Inquiries Regarding Personal Information
For complaints, inquiries, or requests regarding the handling of personal information, disclosure, or corrections, please contact the Company’s personal information contact desk. The Company will respond promptly and within a reasonable scope.
◆ Outsourcing of Personal Information
Within the scope of the purposes of use, the Company may outsource the handling of all or part of personal information or provide it to third parties. In such cases, the Company will select appropriate contractors, conclude contracts ensuring proper handling of personal data, and monitor the contractors’ handling of such data as appropriate.
◆ Procedures for Requests for Disclosure
The Company will appropriately and promptly respond to requests for disclosure in accordance with the law. When an individual requests disclosure of their information, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester and provide a response within a reasonable period and scope.
