Points to check
・Please activate your data plan within 30 days of purchase. Please activate your data plan before it expires. We cannot reissue expired cards. Due to the nature of this product, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted.
・24 hours is considered one day (e.g. if you purchase a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 on September 1st, you can use it until 09:59 on September 4th)
・Expired tickets cannot be reissued, and due to the nature of the product, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not possible.
・Please make sure you have an eSIM-compatible phone before purchasing. We cannot accommodate any refund/cancellation requests.
・The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once, so be careful not to accidentally delete the eSIM after setting it up.
・To terminate use of the eSIM function, please proceed by clicking "Delete mobile plan."
・If you are unable to connect to the internet with your eSIM after setting it up, please refer to the eSIM connection setup steps above and check your phone settings.
