What is the shortest time it takes to use an eSIM?
After purchase, a QR code will be sent to the email address you registered. It will arrive in just a few minutes. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us.

If I change from a SIM card to an eSIM, can I still use 5G services?
Yes, you can. Please note that the signal strength of 4G/5G will vary depending on the country/region you are using the phone in. Please check the product page for details. (This assumes that your smartphone is 5G compatible.)
What if I buy a new device?
The profile you are currently using cannot be used, so please purchase again.
Can I use tethering (internet sharing)?
Yes, you can. Please enable the tethering function in your device settings when using it.
Can I make calls or send SMS?
Our eSIM is for data communication only. You cannot make regular phone calls or send SMS using your phone number. However, you can make calls using VoIP apps such as LINE and Skype.
How do I create an account?
An account will be created when you purchase a data plan via the website, etc. It is not possible to create an account without purchasing the service.
Are there any other costs besides the data plan fee?
No. In addition, all data plans are prepaid, so there are no maintenance or fixed costs.
If I travel abroad multiple times, can I purchase a plan each time?
Of course you can. Our eSIM data communication service is completely prepaid, so you can use it as you go by simply purchasing a new data plan through the app each time you travel. There are no charges for unused data.
Can you issue a receipt?

Can I extend the validity period of my purchased data plan?
The expiration date cannot be extended.
About eSIM/QR Code
What is the difference between a SIM card and an eSIM?
A SIM card is a chip-type IC card that stores the user's contract information and is used by inserting it into the SIM card of an iPhone or smartphone.
An eSIM is a SIM that is pre-embedded in a smartphone or other device. You can use it by downloading an eSIM profile that contains your contract information.
Can I change my eSIM to a SIM card?
You cannot change an eSIM to a SIM card.
Can I use the QR code to download the eSIM profile multiple times?
The profile can only be downloaded once, so please be careful not to download it on the wrong device.
If you delete a profile that has been downloaded, you will immediately be unable to use the service, so please be careful not to delete it by mistake.
If I accidentally delete my eSIM, can I have it reissued?
If you accidentally delete your eSIM or if your device is lost or damaged, we cannot reissue your eSIM due to the nature of prepaid products.
When will the eSIM purchase data plan start?
After purchasing and setting up, you can start using the plan (communication) immediately. The plan's validity period begins when you activate your first data connection in a country where it is available. Please complete the activation procedure within 30 days of receiving the QR code.
Can I use the same QR code to install on multiple devices?
Since it is linked to an individual eSIM number, it can only be used once and cannot be used on multiple devices.
Settings/Data communication
Do I need to make any preparations when signing up for an eSIM?
No, it is not necessary. Please note that we may ask you to use a credit card or provide identification as necessary.
Can I change the data volume of my contract?
This is a prepaid contract, so you cannot change it midway. Please purchase additional data after using up the data.
What are APN settings?
APN is an abbreviation for "Access Point Name" on Android. This setting allows you to connect to other networks from your mobile phone line. It is not a standard feature on iPhones.
What is the data communication speed?
The communication speed is "best effort" and varies depending on the local communication environment. Please consider it as a general average communication speed, and depending on the region/country, 3G to 5G frequencies may be available.
Where can I check my remaining data balance and plan expiration date?
Can I purchase additional data?
Yes, it is possible.

I only have one device and I can't read the QR code I received.
Enter the code sent along with the QR code into your device's settings screen to manually add the eSIM.
