An eSIM (Embedded-SIM) is a "virtual" card that can be set up directly on a device by scanning a QR code.
Note: After purchase, you will receive a QR code via email. Scan the QR code only when you have completed your mobile data setup in your location.

  • Please activate your data plan within 90 days of purchase. Please activate your data plan before it expires. We cannot reissue expired cards. Due to the nature of this product, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted.
  • Please make sure you have an eSIM-compatible phone before purchasing. We cannot accommodate any refund/cancellation requests.
  • The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once, so be careful not to accidentally delete the eSIM after setting it up.
  • To terminate use of the eSIM function, please proceed by clicking "Delete mobile plan."
  • If you are unable to connect to the internet with your eSIM after setting it up, please refer to the eSIM connection setup steps above and check your phone settings.
  • When using eSIM, please delete any previous VPN configuration profiles.
